Has anyone had an issue with T Mobile attempting to send them a cheaper model for a warranty issue? They're trying to replace my Galaxy Ultra with a Galaxy SE. I've been a costumer for 17 years. Not happy at all.
Warranty exchange is based on availability from the insurance company so if the phone you're sending in will be replaced by with a different phone if not available.
You can send the phone to Samsung for warranty issues and if can be fixed they will send it back but you're without a phone.
