International Pass???

Tmobile support team,

Before i added International pass, i have called TMobile. I was told and assured that when i am in the Philippines, i can call and text with additional charge of $0.25 per minute; but, when i am in the Philippines, I cannot call nor text, it says “You cannot make outgoing calls nor text while call or text barring is on”.

can you help me.

Have you checked your device settings to make sure roaming is turned on?

You need to contact Customer Care at 611 or by calling 1-505-998-3793.  If for some reason you still can't reach anyone.  Send a direct message to T-Mobile on Facebook or Twitter to have them take a look at your account and make sure there is no block on international calling for your line.
