OTA update to Android 13 fails every time.
- Accept update
- Download update and optimize phone
- When optimization completes, Tap ‘Restart Now’
- Phone reboots 4-5 times but never gets passed initial V60 boot screen
- Finally completes reboot to home page and a message that says ‘Couldn’t install system update’ - Tap to learn more
- Explanation simply says ‘Installation problem’
Does anyone have any idea how to get the upgrade to complete?
