I so upset have now lock my bank because u have all a**h****s running operation that rather steal money on customers when customers say no pay on replacement over tmobile tech malfunction and not one f***** rep can answer my stupid question without asking a stupid question on something already answered in same chat statement to same rep I like sue operations at tmobile your people try find ways keep customers on a conversation longer then is acquired by asking same question already answered on statement and like critic those mental health patients then answer our questions you guys I believe so this on perpose to mental health customers hoping we die in cardiac arrest faster
