I received an email “from our CEO” for free AAA for a year. I followed the links until I got to a page that was supposed to be a “coupon code” to use at AAA to “redeem” the promotion. But alas, that page said that the code displayed was invalid and had already been redeemed. Not by me. So I used the app to message support, and after about 15 minutes back and forth the same initial link appeared in the message. So even with messaging support, it was nothing but a circle without any resolution. Whether this is a scam or not I don’t know. But that’s what it looks like, to somehow get you to AAA and to purchase something else? Either way this is untoward on the part of T-Mobile.
