I have never gotten voicemail notifications when I am using regular voicemail since the moment I bought this phone. I have to periodically call my voicemail and check for voicemails.
There is nothing in general settings, notifications settings, phone settings, voicemail settings, etc., to change it. The virtual voicemail does provide real time notifications, but I have to turn the internet on for it to work.
T-Mobile support couldn't’ solve the problem. I assume they reset my voicemail, but it didn’t help. The gave me a ticket number a week ago, promised to call back but never did.
