S21 Ultra has a trade-in offer. I have two phones that are listed as models eligible for the offer. May I trade in two phones and obtain credit for both?

No! One device can only be traded in per promotion per line.

Use which ever one is in better condition and will pass the check the easiest. If the trade-in value is important, pick the one with the best value. Otherwise, the least valuable one will do.
That really seems like a rip off. You have two eligible phones that are paid off that cost similar to the new one you want to buy, however, T-Mobile can only take one. How sad...
