worst rep ever

I have been having problem with my bill every month.  I spoke to a representative named Walter and he is by far the worst rep I have ever spoken to. He basically told me that he is the T mobile specialist he knows more and I didn't and he went on talking and belittling me and it got to the point where I had to hang up because my anxiety started up. He isn't the first rep to be rude. Quite frankly I am tired of dealing with this and I'm about to change phone carrier. So T mobile do your customers a favor and retrain your rude reps.
