Zfold 4 unresponsive inside screens

I have a Zfold 4 that my inside screen went black when fully open.  my phone is in pristine condition.  i had not dropped it, it was literally in my hand when it stopped working.  i have soft reset and found that if i do not fully open the screen it works and i can see everything BUT if it is fully open it is black and unresponsive  anyone else having this same issue?  i wonder if the recent system update caused this?
