800 number goes to customer service.

Hello all!

Weird thing going on with my mom's iPhone 12. Everytime I try to dial any 1-800 number it goes straight to tmobile customer service. I tried excluding the 1, checked the country code, checked the dialing Assistant. Any help?

did you stick with the call and see what they had to say about it once you spoke w/TMO? willing to bet its a block on your moms line to exclude 800 numbers or something.

I do not work for Tmobile and my suggestions and or opinions are my own**.~~~~ The site here is primarily peer to peer with some TMO moderation to keep the site in order..They do not have account access..The prefered method would be to contact TMO through either calling in (tier 1 support) or by contacting them through either Facebook/Twitter (tier 2 support)**~~~~

If there a block on those services on your account?  Give Customer Care a call at 611 or reach out to T-Mobile via DM on Facebook or Twitter to verify that these calls are not blocked.
