Why Tmobile didn't follow the promise which made while ordering the phone and later telling this offer is not applicable to you?
On July 20th , T-mobile website showed me $800 promotional trade-in offer for device upgrade(without adding a new number). I called the customer care and they did upgraded my device and they charged $35 for upgrade assistance, they also confirmed I am eligible for $800 promotional trade in offer for device upgrade( without adding a new number). I confirmed two times in the call that I am eligible for $800 promotional offer and they confirmed it and said making a note in the call log also. But now T-mobile website is showing $400 promotional offer for my upgrade and customer care team is telling only $400 only mentioned in the call log instead of $800. I requested them to check the recording that taken while I gave confirmation for phone upgrade to the customer care person, but they said they couldn’t go back and check the recording. Then I am not sure what is the purpose of recording the conversation and why the customer care person was lied that $400 was noted in the call log instead
I already have one GPS+Cellular Apple Watch paired with my iPhone and sharing its phone number. Is it possible to buy a second GPS+Cellular watch and pair it with the same phone — while keeping the first watch functioning as normal? For example, I may like to have both a Hermes Edition as a dress watch and a standard cellular model for the gym. And I’d like both of those watches to share my iPhone’s phone number.I understand that this is possible with AT&T but possibly not with Verizon. I can’t find any information about T-Mobile.If it is possible, how do I indicate which of the two watches is “active”? I.e. if I’m out running using a standard watch and someone calls, how do I make sure that the standard watch rings, but, ideally, the Hermes Edition does not? And vice versa when I go out to dinner? Or will both watches always ring, and the one left at home will simply be unanswered? Thanks
Youtube does not play on mobile data; however, works perfectly fine on wi-fi. I already tried all options related to software on my phone (iphone XR) and nothing seems to help. I also reset all settings on phone. There is no web guard or family mode in our plan. I also already tried the steps in the troubleshooting for “internet and data issues” with no success.

Unlocking fully paid 14 days since activation and $100 topped-up iPhone 13 Pro Max on a pre-paid account
Unlocking fully paid 14 days since activation and $100 topped-up iPhone 13 Pro Max on a pre-paid account I have experienced a deceptive and borderline criminally fraudulent behavior with T-Mobile customer support while trying to unlock my iPhone 13 Pro Max. The phone was bought by our late aunt sometime before February 28 - the day she passed away. We found it among her belongings, unpacked and unactivated. Upon examining the phone, we found a T-Mobile sim card beside it and assumed she was a T-Mobile user. We left it aside, closed her accounts, and that was that.On July 3rd, we unpacked the phone, put on our South African Vodacom SIM card (I and my wife serve with the US Government in South Africa), and discovered that the device was locked. We assumed it was locked with T-Mobile and went to the local T-Mobile store to get a T-Mobile SIM card and unlock the phone. We presented our aunt's death certificate, T-Mobile representative found her account and confirmed that the phone is with
When I try to send text messages to my son and/or his wife, I immediately receive the message that Message Blocking is active. But when I look at the list of phone numbers that I HAVE blocked from texts, phone or FaceTime, their numbers do not appear. This only occurred after I purchased the new iPhone13. Previous to that I have had no issue in sending texts to them. I am able to send texts to my other contacts. The only unique thing about my son and daughter-in-law is that their phone numbers are in area code 630 while their sisters are in area code 616.
