Hello. I am incredibly sorry that you did not receive the damage cell phone but I did everything the same way I always do when returning a damaged cell phone I dropped it in the drop box at the post office same one I always use. So with all due respect I do not owe money to the company.
the site here is primarily peer to peer with a handful of admins/mods to keep the site in order only..you will need to contact TMO either by calling in (tier 1 support) or through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter (tier 2 support)
