12 years and T mobile cant help me set up a new courtesy payment arrangement

Hello my T mobile Acct # 821808471

 was told by a representative  name Cherry v. that my services would not be interrupted  .  guess what my services are interrupted.   I am disabled  vet  i receive  a  check.  once a month been with T mobile customer  for 12 years .  I can pay when I recieve my check I owe $600  . T mobile stated someone will call me in 24 hours no one never called I go take my medicine. check on my phone it's disconnected.

unfortunately no one in here will be able to help. admins/mods only in here. they do not have account access to help. you’ll need to call, go to a store or contact them through either Facebook or Twitter. (the later 2 options land you with tier 2 support over the call in tier 1 support agents.
