Final Bil

I discountinued T-mobile service this February and moved abroad, but I received the bill with outstanding balance of $117.36. I spoke to an agent over a month ago and she noticed the balance and mentioned that the amount will be transferred to my bank account provided. The balance was never transferred, and I called again on June 6th. The agent was not able to locate the balance now and kept on asking for my PIN. I no longer have T-mobile phone number and my past PIN would not work. Please let me know how I could receive this payment you owe me. My email address is tangoon5@gmail.com

Getting on My account

Is anyone else not able to get into their account?  I can log in and see the amount of my next bill along with the detail of the main phone, but as soon as I click on any of the other phones on the account for further detail, it doesn’t load.  Just not sure if this is a tmobile issue or if it’s my computer.

Why are we being penailzed for paying with a credit card?

T-Mobile already took away the $5 discount that I had for auto-pay, and now will add a $10 penalty if I do not give them a debit card or bank account!!! This is daylight robbery and I am very disappointed in these tactics. I have been with T-mobile since 2006, now I will probably have to change providers. The $10 increase is more than any credit card company charges fees for processing a transaction. Really T-Mobile???

Why are we being penalized suddenly for paying with a credit card?

I have been with T-Mobile and have used my credit card with autopay for 5 years. Now all of the sudden I am being charged a $5 fee every month even though I’m enrolled in autopay just because I prefer to use a credit card!? This is ridiculous. I don’t use my debit card for anything and I’m not going to just because T-Mobile wants me to for whatever stupid reason. Honestly, this pisses me off so much that this the first time in years that I’m seriously considering switching to another carrier.

Hello,I have one question: I’m a German and I’m travelling to the United States in the summer. I want to buy a T-Mobile prepaid card but I’m not sure if I have to give any US-american contact numbers (like it is the case at AT&T and H2O).Is it possible for me to buy the SIM-card without giving any American information? Thank you for participating and helping me!Best regards

Loyal Customer For Years Treated with no care

Just got off the phone with a lady name Chris after asking her a breakdown with the new 5G plan. I wanted to make a comparison as the plan my boyfriend has with Verizon is so much cheaper. I advised her of my concern and asked her to price match it as it was only a $15 difference but instead she was willing for me to leave Tmobile and go with Verizon. No type of sympathy for being a loyal customer for years with T-Mobile. We are just another number to them and it’s absurd that we pay them so much and they don't take care of their customers. I did not want to go through the hassle of leaving tmobile but after that call and realizing that they do not care for us I will move on. What type of customer service is that! Learn to value your customer as if it wasn't for us your company would not be anything!

Activate eSim after purchasing a plan through the Prepaid eSim app

I will visit the US next week for 1 month as a tourist, I purchased the $60 monthly plan through the Prepaid eSim app on my iPhone 12 Pro, I completed the eSim purchase steps successfully, and when the app prompted me to activate the eSim I chose not to activate and dismissed that pop up screen, because I don’t want to start the plan now, I want to start it once I arrive in the US, I couldn’t find a way to start activating the eSim process again without having to call T-Mobile support number, which’s not possible for me, because international calls are too expensive (calling from Saudi Arabia) and I don’t have a different phone with a US number to call them once I arrive (tourists usually don’t have that choice).Is there a possible way to activate the eSim once I arrive in the US ?

As a victim of a hacker, I'm enquiring about cellular bill history. Assuming bill deletion is nearly impossible, if a line is canceled does bill history of that number become unattainable?

Reactivate my canceled line

I live outside the US and travel there several times, but due to the pandemic, it has been a long time since I last visited."I forgot to refill my prepaid line today. Earlier, I received an email informing me that my line has been canceled. To reactivate it, I was instructed to visit the t-mobile.com website or call the 1-800 number. However, I couldn't find a solution on the website, and when I called, I was kept waiting on hold without any assistance. Should I persist and try again, or should I give up and buy another SIM card during my next visit?

T-Mobile may not know their sales people are scamming people!

We spoke to a sales rep in the Brandon Town Center store, mid-December, (who conveniently no longer works there). They promised us that if we switched from Verizon they would give us $1000 dollars toward paying of our phones, and they could drop our phone bill from ~$315 / month to around $120 / month with an unlimited plan.  That a business account would be better since we needed three (3) lines. That we would have to wait for the new customer period to finish and then we would get our money.  That we could also qualify for a Veterans discount (I'm a Vet) to make our bill even lower. All lies.It's been 6 months and we still haven't received our reimbursement for the phones we were still paying for at Verizon. They said the bill will be a little higher than normal for the first month just till all of the billing catches up and then it will drop to the regular rate.  We kept checking with T-Mobile waiting for the Prepaid cards with our money and the bill be dropped to about $100-$120.

still receiving emails for my prepaid although im not using it anymore

I bought a prepaid during my stay in the USA and refilled my prepaid for 2 or 3 months. Then I left and didnt pay anymore bc I didnt need the US sim card anymore but I still receive emails that say “refill your account”. What do I do in Order to make it stop?

30 Fine?

My bank account was a victim of fraud in early May. T Mobile, been Sprint customer since 2004, was auto pay for the entire time. Well, the auto pay was not updated, my fault, but I was charged a 30 FINE for not paying it. One day afterwards.No phone call, no email, nothing.. You are a comms company, is this FINE legit for a late fee? 30 Dollars?

T-Mobile ID

Does any one know how to create a T-Mobile ID and access the account? I started T-Mobile 5G internet service on April 22 and have been trying since that time to create a T-Mobile ID. Despite numerous calls to customer service no one has been able to assist. The error message I kept getting was “We're sorry, we don't recognize this email.” Yet, I input the exact email I used when signing up for internet service, and T-Mobile has sent me several emails (including the "You're In" email, confirmation of order email, terms of service mail, as well as several marketing emails).Finally (May 12), when trying to create a T-Mobile ID I received a message that there already is a T-Mobile ID associated with my email address. FINALLY (after more than 20 attempts at various times and using different browsers).However, now the issue is that when I try to log-in I get a screen asking for my telephone number to link to my account and a confirmation code will be sent. I have a question about the date & time on my bill for voice calls and text messages.

On my detailed bill, one place the date / time explanation in a little box states that the time is at the location of the mobile device.   In a different area, much further down the detailed bill and following the 2nd number on the account, it says the time referenced to Pacific Time.    Can someone explain the difference?   Why would the time be different than anywhere that the mobile device is.   For the Pacific time explanation, I found that after all of the text and data messages shown for that 2nd number on my account.

Terrible website and app.

The website and app are awful and only getting worse. I’m at the verge of changing companies. While there are a lot of perks to having T-mobile (free Wi-Fi on select flights), the cost is no longer worth the terrible service, especially for prepaid customers. You can’t do anything on your own on the website –– not even access a PDF of a bill statement –– and the app is always broken; if only it’d run as well as the T-mobile Tuesday app. You’d think such a large company would have better web developers. My plan, as a prepaid customer, is way too expensive for such terrible service. And please don’t remove complaints as they’re very useful for those considering switching. Fix your tech!

I recently switched to T-mobile.  When I turn on the phone it says T-mobile on the left upper corner, however when I check settings Verizon is still listed as primary carrier.  Is this the way it should be?

I was recently incarcerated and due to that I wasn’t able to actively pay my bill/use my phone and I can no longer log into the app because my phone has been deactivated. Can I get my phone number back and return to my service?

why is disingenuous T-Mobile now removing the chat when you talk to an agent

Once upon a time with Tmobile, the chats were just there for many years when you have a chat with a T-Mobile representative and then they also text  you and send you their id and name… now the conversation gets erased immediately, Unless you screenshot certain things the next representative you talk to Khols you are a liar and says you never had that conversation with anyone even though they can see the chat but now you can’t see it make sure you guys screen shoot your things and I’m gonna end up leaving Tmobile. It’s been 23 years. In the last few years have been a nightmare.
