Prepaid phone gets dropped calls to Spectrum landline

I have T mobile prepaid.When I call my spectrum landline. The phone rings twice and then no dial tone.Spectrum thinks prepaid number is coded as spam.Spectrum tech came out and replaced all cables and modem.I called a neighbor’s Spectrum landline and same thing happened. 2 rings and then no tone.I can call other cell & landlines phones with my prepaid phone with no issues. My tracfone can call Spectrum landline with no problem.T mobile chat said to go to a T mobile store.I use to have the $3 plan, but I switched to the $10 plan when this problem happened. Any solutions? thanks

T-Mobile starter kit activation

Hello together,sorry for my bad english but I hope you understand my sentences.I'm from Germany and I will travel to the USA this year. Unfortunately my german phone provider doesn't support worldwide plans why I search for alternatives. The best solution for me would be to buy a US T-Mobile prepaid starter kit. That's why I watched the following Youtube video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Lja2gynnik&t=215s It looks for me, that you can do activate the SIM card without personal information like address, id card or something else. In germany there are very strict rules for activating of a SIM card.Therefore my question, is it possible as non-US resident to buy on the airport a T-Mobile starter kit and activate that self? Thank you very much for your help!

Anyone else experienced a PAID line being added to their account without your authorization, and then had issues with T-Mobile when trying to remove the added line and get a refund?

Upgraded and bought a new iPhone in a T-Mobile store on 04/22/2022 - I am unfortanely just now noticing after reviewing my yearly reports for tax season approaching, that there was a data line added to my services/bill on the same day, for an apple watch?! The charge was insignificant in cost enough for me to never notice too much of a difference, and the sales representative in the store explained to me the new bill amount and an increase being due to the monthly amount I would be charged for the iPhone payment plan option to pay month for a phone instead of paying in full. I am now trying to have the line removed but the customer service dept. has only tried to tell me I am wrong and that I activated this on my own MONTHS prior to 4/22/22, which is so far from true. I have only ever used my apple watch on wifi/connected to my phone via bluetooth. After reviewing my usuage overview for 2022, each month shows the additional line and every month has 0.00GB of data used. I found thi

GETTING OVER CHARGED AND NO HELP!!!!

I recently checked my account and found out I’ve been paying for “lease” option on a phone I own so I called customer service and explained and they agreed it’s a mistake and put me on hold, after 15 minutes she came back and said because I haven’t been looking at my bills theyre only going to refund 2 months back and wont be able to do anything else. I found it ridicules and asked for a manager, I waited 1 hour and 32 minutes until they hung up the phone. The rep basically told me they wont do anything and their manager wont do anything else too. This is absolutely ridicules and the fact that no manager was available to talk to me made me more upset. They made me wait 1 hour and 30 minutes to just hang up on me. T Mobile you suck and I will continue talk about how terrible you guys treated me. Switching to AT&T ASAP.

Prepaid top up with Irish card not accepted, but a random list of countries are accepted?

Hi, in the past I was able to use my Irish credit/debit cards to top up my T-Mobile prepaid account. This seems to have disappeared, and now there is a random list of countries whose cards are accepted for payment. My country, Ireland, is not on this list, although other Eurozone countries (Finland, France, Germany, Italy) are. Does anyone know why this changed, and is there any way for me top up using one of my own Irish cards, rather than asking a friend in one of the accepted countries to top up for me?Thanks in advance.

home internet line getting added without requesting for it

When we added new accounts to my line 2 years ago, T-Mobile added home internet line for 30$. When asked they said it was an accident and they will remove it. I trusted them they would remove it. Since it was on autopay I did not check. Now that I identified that home internet line is still there for 2 years I called them and asked about it. They are now saying it’s too long and we can only refund for 2 months. And more frustrating part is they sent me a email to return the device which we never got for a service which we never asked for and never used.the rep was saying it was my responsibility to check the bill and notify them of any discrepancies.as a customer am I responsible to check their work. How can this even be ethical. Looks like I am not the only one this is happening with. Does anyone on T-Mobile management even know this. Are they doing it in on purpose to meet their numbers for commission?

When I was getting the T-mobile plan, You told me,- I would have unlimited phone call and unlimited text messaging. And the price would be only $40 for me as a low income pensioner. You charged me $55. Why??? I am very disappointed!

T-Mobile breaking promises to seniors who were offered price-lock guarantee for life on 55+ rate plans

In 2017, I signed up for a 55+ rate plan with the assurance that my monthly rate was price-locked for life. This incentive was a primary reason that I switched from AT&T to T-Mobile. Now, T-Mobile is trying to raise my monthly rate by $10.00. When I spoke to their customer service people this morning they told me that there was nothing that they could do to fix the problem. I also noted that they changed all of the marketing information on their web site to delete all references to the price-lock guarantee which I was offered when I set up the account. We need to find a way to complain loudly to T-Mobile about this breach of contract and breach of trust. If we do nothing, they will raise our rates again in the future. Let’s fight back. T-Mobile AAA Year on Us Promotion Code: Not Working for Me

Anyone know the secret to get the T-mobile AAA Year on Us” promotion (one year AAA membership free) to work? I have Magenta 55+, so appear to be eligible for the offer. I used the link provided https://promotions.t-mobile.com/thanks but clicking on it simply generated for me an error message “code invalid” (see below). A call to the T-mobile number provided took me to their call center (Philippines) but the nice person there had no clue how to fix the problem, beyond texting me a link that when clicked generated the same error message. Frustrating!

misleading sales reps, please spot scamming customers

Sales representative gave me wrong information and made me switch from AT&T and now I am stuck with t-mobile for 2 years contact, the company that gave me wrong information to sign contract. I am so unhappy with t-mobile , how can such a big company have these sales people who are giving wrong information to the customers over the phones and giving all the misinformation so that consumers switch over with t-mobile. I feel like I got scammed by t-mobile and now I am stuck with them for 2 years. I will never buy t-mobile again in my life, very disappointed and unhappy. Please someone send me number to corporate, Member services or someone where I officially complain about this, so that it doesn’t happen to anybody else. Thanks

Extra $15.00 monthly fee

I have had a plan with T-Mobile since 2017. They started charging me an extra $15.00 a month because I won’t give them access to my checking account for my monthly bill. Does anyone else have this same charge? It seems crazy to me. Wondering what others are thinking about this.

I submitted a request for a device replacement but have received a broken device more than five times. I was charged $5 each time a device was sent, and I had to return each broken device. To date, I still have not received a proper replacement. During the investigation, my account was suspended twice, and I have repeatedly engaged in chats and phone calls. Despite this, there have been consistent failures in maintaining proper notes, requiring me to explain everything from the beginning after six months. I am forced to recall every detail of my requests, and agents have repeatedly made false promises to follow up, which they never did. One of your sales woman broke my trust.

Hi,I recently visited one of your stores (86th Street Upper East side) to upgrade my phone and had several questions about upgrading my Pixel 7 to a Pixel 9. One of your sales representatives informed me that I didn’t need to use my Jump program, implying that it was a waste of money. She assured me that I could purchase the new phone for $149 and receive $500 in trade-in credit for my Pixel 7.However, upon further review, I see that the trade-in value for my Pixel 7 is only $110, which means I’m actually losing money on this deal. This feels unfair, as I trusted her guidance, and now it seems she misled me to make a sale.Given this situation, I need to cancel my order (Order number: S149396576). I ordered my phones in Mid December 2023, and I have not received the 4 Costco gift cards that are part of the promotion. They assured me in January that I would get them, but when I called T-Mobile Customer service there was no record of that offer.

I have had to call in on multiple occasions due to being locked out of my account from someone entering in the wrong password repeatedly an having me be locked out of my account. I have had several DCM codes and for those who don’t know what those are it’s third party transactions being charged to your account. I have had issues with my Google accounts being hacked, I have had issues now with several apps being accessed without my permission and so forth. Now several months ago when all this first started I called in and told them and I was told to just delete everything and don’t worry about it, fast forward about a year roughly and things have gotten so bad that I am literally locked out of my account on a daily basis. My first question has anyone besides me been having problems similar to mine with this cell phone company, and my second question does anyone have any suggestions for me since I have been a T-Mobil customer over 4 years now? I don’t want to get rid of the service yet I
