Anyone else upgrade plan ...trade phones in ...and have to call every freaking month and dispute charges . For 5 months straight. With promises every time its fixed . Anyone talk to a lawyer? I have all the documentation. Screenshots with Verizon admitting I should be getting the promotion. Deceptive trade practices and bait and switch seem appropriate.

What promotion that Verizon says you should be getting from Tmobile?
We upgraded to go ...traded in our s21 and got the s23. Should of got an 800 credit for each phone .it's suppose to be applied monthly but since August in I'm having to still call so they can manually adjust it . Takes over an hour everytime I'm so frustrated. They did this to me with the apple for life promotion but I let it go and just paid for the phone . I refuse to be lied to again . At this point it's not an accident it's something they are doing intentionally.

So how does Verizon admitting you should geting the Tmobile promotion come into play? Verizon has no say in a Tmobile promotion.
