I have purchased subscription online but I can’t have receipt of that, no matter how many times I have gone that through with customer service. Same things, no understanding what is happening and automated replies.
Before I advise my credit company to reject the payment to T-Mobile, is this just occasional that you can send me good offers, but not receipts because they go directly to company pocket without taxes and receipts make this business too complicated to run, or you just outsourced the customer service to cheapest country available and they’re unable to handle any requests?
