Spoke to Angela from customer service 12-27-23 because I was charger 2 for my bill this month she asked me for some information I let her know is there any other way because other t mobile customer services people send a code to my phone but she kept repeating herself horrible service and need better training ! Not just that but I was on hold for 1 hour
