I am a long term TMobile customer and I refuse to pay a late fee for being only 3 days late. I pay my bill in full and I feel late fees as a whole are unfair to loyal customers espically in this current economic climate.

Me too, I with Tmobie - almost 20 years . I always pay late but from now on Tmible try to customer . I think it’s the time we need give up wi to TMOBILE . Look to other service better then .
Have you tried contacting Tmobile support to see if they can do a one time credit for the late fee? A lot of credit cards do this for customers with a good payment history.
