When I received my T-Mobile gateway I was thrilled. It worked great. I only use it for online college courses. Now I've had to Ole for 4 or 5 months a every time I log on the network connects the Internet does not ever. 

I had this same issue but called customer service (611) and after talking to the initial CSR was transferred to technical support. It takes a lot of patience and a lot of the same questions being repeated, but eventually they were able to resolve the issue.
