Can't make or receive calls to other numbers on my account
We have 4 phones on our account and 3 of them, as of the same time today, cannot make phone calls to or receive phone calls from each other. The call will ring once and go straight to voicemail. We can make calls to and receive calls from the 4th phone on the account as well as other phones not on our account. This is not the first time this has happened, but last time it resolved within a few hours. This time it has been almost 12 hours. I went to a local store the last time it happened and they had no idea how to fix, suggested I call TMobile. The issue resolved so I never did call, but it is back now. Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas how to fix? This is not a new account, it is over a year old., No recent upgrades, we all have Samsung Galaxy S22s.
why does T-Mobile suck
T-Mobile lied about the rebates to switch over. So I got screwed paying hundreds of dollars to Verizon. The lied about service at my employer. Map shws 5g and there is no service. They then said the tower was down from an ice storm. They then said it would be fixed in 24 hours they have been dispatched to the tower. Then I was told there is no tower in the area. It is served from a tower 15 miles away. Now service at my home three lines and the home internet keeps showing LTE to 5G to 5GUC to no signal. This is in a 5 minute time frame. I'm told there is no issues and to reset the network function on my phone. This will fix all the lines somehow. I want my money and I want your customer service to stop lying to me. Fix you crap and give me my money
I’m not really looking for a discussion or a solution. I just wanted to vent my frustration. My T-Mobile service is absolutely terrible. Half the time my connection is so slow it’s unusable. When I call they re-start my modem or tell me to relocate my modem. UNACCEPTABLE. I shouldn’t have to call for them to restart my connection and I shouldn’t have to play musical chairs with my modem.There’s only one solution. CHANGE PROVIDERS. I’m in the middle of moving right now so I won’t change at the moment but at my new address I’m getting a new ISP.
T Mobile cell coverage in SF Bay Area.
My first post in this forum. Does anyone who lives in the greater S.F. Bay area have issue with the lack of T Mobile coverage? Basically, for +3 years on T Mobile I can at best acquire the SOS, 1-2.75 bars of coverage. The East Bay, Penninsula, South Bay, Monterey Bay it’s the same lack of coverage. The “coverage” map seems more aspirational than reality.Anyone else feel the “pain” for paying for a service with little to no coverage? Thanks
poor quality since merging
Since Sprint has merged with T-Mobile my internet service has been aweful. has Anyone else had these issues. i believe it is because we live in a rural area but with sprint we never had rarely if ever had issues. sometimes it will just stop and say no service. getting help is a nightmare. or at least a human..
WIFI Calling Preferences Being Forced to Cellular Preferred
I am experiencing my WIFI Calling Preferences always being forced to “cellular preferred”, as are others. I live in an area with poor T-mobile mobile data signal and this recent behavior makes my phone unable to make and receive calls and text messages. I believe the problem only started happening after the next to last T-Mobile software update. Everything was fine for my first 5 months of ownership. A Google search shows posts of other users experiencing the same issue, but no options other than a tedious workaround of manually switching the phone to Airplane mode and changing the WIFI calling preferences back to “WIFI preferred”. I have to do this kind of process each time I enter and leave my home, and sometimes have to reboot my phone as well. The times I’ve forgotten, I’ve missed package deliveries and went to a doctor appointment when the doctor had left a message that he was out sick. Why charge a upgrade fee?
I know when you go to a store to purchase new plan or upgrade phone they charge you a 35.00 fee for each phone you upgrade. When you plan on doing 4 or more phones that fee should be waived or adjusted to a flat fee of 80 or 100.00? But what if you do it online through the website and have the devices shipped to you. Does that fee still apply? I am trying to way out my options before I upgrade my currents devices? Its not tike they have to do much work. The Phones transfer all the info for you. All the store reps have to do is scan the new phones and the required info for their service to know what phone you have and what line its too. and then the Samsung phone will switch all your information over tot he new phone. t mobile gateway throttled
I pay for the 300gb plan, last week my cycle was almost up and I had to add on 25 gbs. Well my cycle ended yesterday and so did the 25gb my home internet is currently unusable. They gave me the run around and sent me 40 miles to get a new gateway… it still doesn’t work now they are telling me it’s just the tower maintenance in my area and there’s a ticket on it. Even though T-Mobile has a tower on their store and we tried the gateway there with the same results won’t even load google…. $150 a month for unusable service is insane. I’m about ready to terminate my service. 4 phone calls and 80 miles in fuel and got nowhere

Ever since the merger with sprint, t mobile has been absolute trash. Even after the new sim card its crap. Who ever thought it was a good idea to merge with sprint needs to get fired. Worst thing that has happened. And my job is dependant on having mobile data and if t mobile cant have their shit together then im gonna have to switch.
Nowhere to buy the international data pass
Hi, guys! I’m currently on a business trip out of the U.S.. Before the trip, I forgot to buy the international services from T-Mobile and now my sim card is completely out of services, which cannot receive text messages and make phone calls. Fortunately, I can still login to my T-mobile through web. But the problem is that there is not a international data pass option when I try to add on-demand passes. Do you know how to fix this? Or how can I receive the service aboard alternatively? Your help is greatly appreciated!!
T Mobile is the worst wireless provider ever
A couple of days ago, I got a notice from my internet provider that I’ve about used up my 1.2Tb of bandwidth for the month.Part of the reason for this is that the FOUR (count ‘em...) T Mobile phones in this house cannot operate without internet service (i.e., wireless calling). The coverage map lists my neighborhood as having 5G available (of course it does!). However, without the internet (like when the power goes out or our internet provider takes our service down for maintenance), I get 1 bar of LTE service at home...not even enough service to make a phone call! Forget about data service (like what’s necessary to report power outages)… If I want to make a phone call when my wifi is down, I have to walk about 300 yds down the street before I can get enough service to do that.I’ve gone around and around with customer “support”, their “technical teams” (who usually don’t know a router from a locomotive) and “customer support escalation” in Seattle (in chat, on the phone and by emai
International roaming service for a prepaid plan
Hello, I have Magenta prepaid plan (unlimited) and I'll be traveling to Spain soon. I'd like to use my iphone and current plan while I'm there. Do I need to activate any type of international roaming service? Can it be activated for a prepaid plan? thanks in advance!
30$ data charge removal
I have a plan that that gives me option to remove extra add on of data which is 30$ per month. We have been trying to remove it online which it looks like you can but then when I delete it it says that its no longer available but still charges for it. Online wont do what it says you can and no way to contact T-mobile except to call which I prefer not to have to talk to someone that will try to sell me something. Any help on how to remove this 30$ charge which is a add on which should be able to be dropped.
