unlimited data

I have 100 Gig of unlimited data on my account. My Question is, is that per line or total for all my lines? I have 7 lines but only 6 are smart phones? I am thinking about upgrading to the Go5g Military Plus for all my lines. I kept my old phone from AT&T and don't have access to Tmobile 5g Service since I think the phones don’t accept the frequency T-Mobile uses. So I am trying to see what perks are for going from the Go5g to the GO5G Plus for Military and where it says a new phone every 2?

Android phone only does wifi calling

I traveled overseas, and changed some settings on my phone. Now, I’m back in the US, and it won’t connect to the cell network, only to wifi.“Mobile network is not available” is the message I get.In the Settings app, under “Network & Internet”, in the “Calls & SMS” section, it says “T-Mobile (temporarily unavailable)”What settings should I check for (that I obviously screwed up)?Thanks.

internet speeds

We're about .3 miles from our serving site at lat/long 38.921950 -91.067779 and our speeds drop drastically after 6 PM sometimes losing connectivity when people get home. Charter has started providing service in the area and we're considering taking it, we'd rather stay with TMO due to the lower price and being retired. I called the help desk to tell them fiber was available right in front of the site but it turned into ticket and going through all the steps of troubleshooting when all I was trying to do was along some info. Hopefully this will get to someone who can see about converting this site from a legacy Sprint microwave site to fiber.

Connection Issues

I have had Tmobile home internet for a couple months now, and I'm having issues with the modem restarting every hour and a half to 2 hours. This has been since the day I put it in. Do I have a faulty unit? Has anyone else been having these issues? Are there any updates that will fix this? Also the past few days my connection shows to be good but things won't load properly and are taking abnormally long to load. Are the servers having maintenance done to them?

No Coverage in Inspirada Community in Henderson, NV?

My partner and I made the switch to T-Mobile from ATT with high hopes that the change would be worthwhile…..So far, it’s been less than satisfactory with one main concern of ours. It was advertised on the coverage map that we’d have both LTE and 5G in our area with no problems whatsoever, Not only do we receive one, maybe two bars at best in our own home, calls will randomly drop out anywhere while I’m out and about. It’s honestly infuriating considering we are living in one of the largest cities in the nation and can’t seem to have a decent phone call without the call dropping…. Can T-MobIile PLEASE fix this issue?? I'm sure we’re not the only ones experiencing this issue….

Youtube restriced Mode on data

Every time I’m using data on my phone restricted mode on YouTube gets enabled and I cant disable it unless i go back onto WiFi. I did not activate it and neither did anyone else on my plan. I’ve checked the forms and other people have had this issue with no solution. Ive tried to contact t-mobile bot have gotten no response.

Will a signal booster keep me connected to a single tower

I'm curious about using a cell booster, but a bit of background on my situation. I have a couple towers near me, which are tower 1 west-northwest and tower 2 north. Tower 1 is a little bit closer and my home tower. When I'm connected to this tower, I have a good connection and good speeds. However, I frequently get bounced to tower 2 and the upload speed is basically non-existent (0.4 - 0.7Mbps) and unusable. I see this behavior across my phone and home internet, although the phone occasionally gets a couple Mbps. I've reported the issue to tmobile countless times without a resolution. So, my question is if I hook up a cell booster and pull the signal from tower 1, will the boosted signal prevent my devices from hoping back over to tower 2?

Hello,Can someone help me on this. Can I sign up at Tmobile internet at their store I am also a wireless phone user as well. Also if thats not the case, Could I ship it to my old address as I don’t have keys to my new place yet, but Its in the same area code which tmobile home interet is provided

I am traveling to Canada a few times this year.  Will my iphone automatically work?when I check the coverage tool, it says “Sorry, we may not have coverage there yet, or please try entering a country name.” I have Magenta Max 55+

I had n41 all the time and now  in morning its n71 until Nokia is rebooted; then n41 is re-instated into the evening.   Support suggests congestion.  If this were so there is only 900 people within 4 miles of the tower and I doubt there is more congestion in the early mornings than during the day.  I have done all the placement changes and most of the suggested methods. Its just been the last 4 days.  No firmware updates since last February “328”.  Support stated that another tower was being upgraded 5 miles away.  I have a friend on TMHI  on that tower  and he was told they would be finished May 19.  I am guessing they turn my tower off at midnight and back on in the morning!  lol not.

newly ported numbers dont receive text messages

Hello all,  We recently transfered out service from ATT to T Mobile and got our numbers ported over last week. We have noticed that we are not receiving text messages from numbers outside of T-Mobiles network. I have spent 3 hours on the phone with support with no solution. Is this something I should be contacting ATT about? I don't know how to get this resolved. I have ran ever troubleshooting suggestion, restet out sims, reset the networks, reset the phones. Really out of ideas here. Thanks for any help.

recently switched to Go5G 55 , it SUCKS. Been a tmobile customer for years, unlimited text & data, had a home/landline so calls on tmobile weren’t necessary. Recently lost our home in a tornado, in Whiteland , IN had to have unlimited everything for Insurance, FEMA, diaster relief calls. Went to 1 local store, they refused to even listen said they couldn't DO anything there, except sell us a new phone/service. So we drove to another store, they tried to help but were so busy. We wanted a Magenta 55 plan, not sure what we have. But it SUCKS, I cannot have a phone conversation, it goes in & out, takes forever for a call to come thru, drops the call, a 2nd incoming call automatically goes to voice mail. I cannot complete a call, have a conversation, WHICH I NEED TO DO. Besides living thru a tornado, losing our home & car, EVERYTHING, I NOW HAVE COVID AND CAN'T TALK TO MY DOCTORS OFFICE, IT CUT OUT REPEATEDLY EVENTUALLY HUNG UP 4 times.  Was happy with tmobile for years now thi

poor connection when talking

My calls break up with those on the receiving end. I can hear them but they cannot understand me. T-mobile on-line suggest using Volte but my phone does not support Volte. Tried contacting T-Mobile but cannot connect with them either.

I switched to T-Mobile from Verizon in January for a business account. Our business is in a rural area in Nebraska. When we opened the account with T-Mobile we were never told or explained about the roaming issues. Around March, I received a text message saying- (T-Mobile: IMPORTANT NOTICE – For the last several months your primary usage on line (712*******) has been off our network which is against our terms. As a result, this line will be canceled on May 22 2023. The representative I spoke with understood my issue and about how the business is located in a rural area and everyday it will be using other networks to get service. He said he changed my plan to an older plan that had better roaming and that I would not have to worry about my number being canceled. I turned off my automatic roaming hoping this would help. Tmobile Network

What has happened to Tmobile network recently? Text msgs failing, apps and TV taking forever to load. Constantly getting offline no network connection. Happens at home and not at home. Over WiFi or not.  I've been a customer for over 9 yrs and the network has gotten severely disrupted. Very disappointed.  I call support and they say there have been several outages reported in my area since March 14, 2023, but this has been happening and getting worse for another the last 2 months.I don't expect a response.

Make Arcadyan KVD21 act as a Modem Only - 5G Home Internet

Hello,I am writing to ask for help with my new Arcadyan KVD21 from T-Mobile.  I want the KVD21 to act as a Modem, not a Router/WiFI Access Point with its own NAT.  I replaced a Spectrum Cable Modem with the KVD21.  I have the complete back-end services for Routing and WiFI access already set up.  So I don’t need another device coming in to replace those.  Port Forwarding is the biggest complaint, I no longer have access to my home VPN, Plex or Security Cameras.  As you know, the user interface does not provide access to advanced setting that permit these features to be disabled.  I watched a video on how to disable wifi, by editing the t-mobile-wifi-info.txt config file as shown here: Any assistance is appreciated. Thank you,Ken

Too Slow

I bought TMobile a few months ago but kept my Spectrem just in case. Again yesterday my TV could not bring up any stations. I simply got the circle waiting for something. Finally the TV said “something is wrong...” I re-connected with Spectrem and everything worked. I’ve been having problems on and off with speed since I bought it. My question .. Is TMobile going to fix the speed problem? If not I will have to drop it.

Good signal/bars but no network connection many times daily

Ok here's what is going on... I have pretty good signal almost full 5g bars most of the time down to where it drops to 4g lte at full bars. From time to time every couple hours I lose connection to the network where I can't text no apps work etc but usually I can still make calls just fine while this is happening. It only lasts 1-2 minutes sometimes or it may be out 15-20 then all of the sudden it's back to normal like nothing ever happened. It may go right back out again in 2 minutes or it may not happen for hours. Also it only happens on my new galaxy a32 not on our old galaxy j7 or prime whatever it was or on the older LG phone both of which are still being used on this account and same house at same time but they have no issues with connection ever. They aren't 5g either so I figure 5g has something to do with it. It just really gets old when you can't finish a conversation or get directions because internet/network connection just stopped. What can I do? All my connection settings
