Caller receives message “Account is restricted or unavailable at this time” on only one phone on this account. All other phones (all iPhones) receive calls from this caller with no problem.

Hey there @Jeffreyastus Phones are supposed to keep us connected, so it can be really disconcerting if phone calls are not going through. If I am understanding correctly, there is one line on your account that cannot receive calls from only one phone number. All other calls and texts work? 

The fact that there is an error message instead of just call failing leads me to believe that there is a blocking feature preventing that call. It could be an account feature block like Family Allowances, or it could be a block on the phone through an app or setting.
