bad data/internet all the time?

Why do you do this to me t-mobile? I rely on internet to do my job and have made that so very clear so many times. Today I get off the phone in hopes that my internet would work after you guys reset my settings or whatever it is you do. I restarted my phone, toggled the airplane mode, reset my network settings, everything you ask to do if it starts acting up again. Not even an hour later, my internet data is back to being terrible and not working. You guys told me months ago that it was due to a tower and it will be fixed soon but “honestly have no idea when it will be fixed.” Even now it says 2 bars and 5G but why isn’t it working? I can’t continue to do my job in these conditions, I will be having to cancel my services with you in the very near future.
