Then you need to reach out to Customer Care and request the SIM Unlock. You can reach Customer Care at 611 from your T-Mobile line or reach out to the T-Force Team via Facebook or Twitter to verify your account and SIM unlock eligibility and then request the SIM Unlock for your device.
