Depends on the phone. There's some phones that only use an esim.
Most devices now do not come with a new SIM card. If the device supports an eSIM, it will not come with a new SIM card. If the device only supports pSIM, it should come with a new SIM in the box.
It also depends on where you bought your new device.
Can somsone use my account with tying in to my account by using a t-moble SIM CARD
