T-Mobile is falsely claiming that they participate in the ACP program, when in fact they make qualifying customers cancel their T-Mobile internet and open a Metro account in order to get their ACP credit, therefore the credit is accepted by a third party and not T-Mobile.

Yeah I’ve been disappointed for the last 4 years that they do not participate. It makes zero sense. I’m switching over to another company for my WiFi so I can take advantage. I have to live on SSDI; every dollar counts!

Yeah, TMOBILE DOES NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE ACP BENEFIT.

To make very clear T Mobile itself might own Metro (they do the ACP). But if you are a TMobile account holder, you cannot use the ACP benefit on your account. I also think that we should make clear that. If you have the acp benefit, you cannot have another line on your account. So if you have an Internet provider and you also have a mobile phone through them, you cannot use the acp benefit, at least if you do it with T-Mobile (switch to) Metro.

I live in the the metro Phoenix area and the ad on the Radio clearly states Metro by Tmobile.
