Hi I'm going with my phone to Europe- Poland, there is t mobile like here, my phone will work there , same with internet, do I need get some package. How this works.

It really depends on your phone and plan, Different phones have access to different frequencies (bands) used by foreign roaming partners and different plans have differing levels of access to data, etc.
