did you go up to the top of this forum and see what it says is needed in order to unlock your device?

I do not work for Tmobile and my suggestions and or opinions are my own**.~~~~ The site here is primarily peer to peer with some TMO moderation to keep the site in order..They do not have account access..The prefered method would be to contact TMO through either calling in (tier 1 support) or by contacting them through either Facebook/Twitter (tier 2 support)**~~~~

Your phone was jailbroke and not officially unlocked. The update caused it to lock.

Buy devices from reputable people and websites or purchase one from your carrier.  

To qualify for a SIM unlock, you must be a T-Mobile USA customer and your account and device must meet all of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements.

You can pay to get it jailbreak again but an update may ock it again.
