hi, im in another country and put a sim from another carrier, i got this message:
Enter network unlock code. Your phone isnt allowed to use this sim.
I call T mobile they said they dont have any NCK code. or any code and said my phone is unlocked.
I have a prepaid card with t mobile. My phone is a Samsung S22.
in settings i dont have this choice, named in support:
Samsung: Settings > Connections > More Connection Settings > Network Unlock
i dont find either in my t mobile id:
- Choose Check device unlock status to see if your device is locked or unlocked.
i check with my imei in T mobile and said this;
Samsung Galaxy S22
- We can’t confirm that this device is unblocked. Please contact the original wireless carrier for information about the device’s status.
What can i do?

You can try a temporary unlock. Below is a link showing how to do it for a Samsung Fold but may work for your phone.
