how do i unlock my device

I'm working in New Zealand now. Because I need to use my local mobile phone number for work, I have to unlock my device, but the customer service is unwilling to unlock it for me. I really don't know what to do.

You must be a current T-Mobile USA customer, the original purchaser of the device, the device must have been purchased from T-Mobile USA or an authorized retailer like BestBuy, and you must meet all of the T-Mobile SIM Unlock Policy requirements.
