To be eligible for a SIM unlock from T-Mobile USA. You must be a T-Mobile USA customer, the device must be SIM locked to T-Mobile USA, and you must meet all of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements.

There are no exceptions to the SIM Unlock Polcy requirements.
