I am from egypt and I have a problem and I don’t know what to do..
I have an s10e phone and after I did a factory reset my sim card won’t work any more it says “network locked” bcuz Currently I live in egypt and when I try to Permanent unlock it I get error “Couldn’t unlock your phone” what should I do please? I don’t have a T-mobile number

You must be a T-Mobile USA customer and meet all of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements for T-Mobile to remove the SIM lock.on your device.

You could try a third party unlocking service online or at a cellphone repair shop locally where you are to see if they can unlock it for a fee.
