I am an iphone 12 user
The sim is locked. by T-mobile.
I am from Turkey.
I bought it without knowing it was like this.
Can you unlock sim?
Because I don't know what to do.

your options unfortunately are have whomever you purchased it from contact TMO to unlock it or return it to them for a refund or an actual fully unlocked device.

 

there is nothing TMO can do

Can't t mobile unlock remotely it's been 1 year

There must be something, pleaseee I can't reach the person I bought it, I gave a lot of money. I don't want to be scammed

You must be a T-Mobile USA customer and must meet all of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements.

T-Mobile does not communicate via e-mail.  You can call Customer Care at 611 from your T-Mobile device or try reaching out to T-Mobile through DM on Facebook or Twitter.  The answer will still be the same either way.  You are not eligible for a SIM unlock because you are not a T-Mobile USA customer, you are not the original owner of the device, and you do not meet any of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements.
