Sim locked,T-mobile didn't help me

I have been using T-mobile mobile phones recently, but I have been on a business trip and found that the international traffic is very expensive. I bought a new sim card locally and found that it cannot be used. 

Contacted twiter and facebook, and your account expert didn't respond to my messages at all. After the only one checked my IMEI, he told me that I was eligible to unlock, but he didn't help me. I don't know why he treated me like this

Have you tried reaching out to Customer Care at 611?  You could also try Facebook or Twitter again as well.  No one here has access to your account.  This is primarily a customer peer help forum with some T-Mobile moderation.  Before reaching out to T-Mobile again though.  Make sure you meet all of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements first.
