I have bought a telephone from a colleague that is in his company, I have returned to Colombia and it does not work with the operators in this country, it is possible to unlock it so that it works

you will need to contact the “colleague” you purchased the phone from and have him/her contact TMO to unlock it.

 

TMOs unlock policy and what all must happen in order for it to be be unlocked.
