T-Mobile will not unlock our phone. I paid the phone off over two weeks ago. I had called multiple times and I get a different story every time on why the device is not unlocked. I have been reading this and it has happened to many people. Beware!! Stay away from T-Mobile And do not buy any devices through them because you will never get them unlocked if you ever choose to leave. This has to be  illegal.
