Last December I did the jump program for two of my phones. The representative recommended that I switch over to a business plan. She explained the benefits to me. I went ahead and switched my lines from personal to business.

 

Yesterday; I got noticed on my credit report that I am in collections. I called the credit agency and they said it was from T-Mobile. I called T-Mobile they said the phones never got switched over so now I am collections.

 

The phone was supposed to be switched over and they never were. The customer service I called didn't care and said there is nothing I can do or anybody I can speak with. I have been with T-Mobile over 15 years. If I don't get this resolved soon I will go to FTC and file a formal complaint.
