eSim / Montenegro error

Hello all,

 

I am travelling to Montenegro tomorrow, purchased an eSim through T mobile Montenegro website. The money is deducted from the card but haven’t received any mail or details. I didn’t make a login that time but have the proof in bank app. How can I receive my eSim QR code or contact customer service as of sunday today?

It would be great help if anyone can direct me

But its just a payment receipt, nothing else. No QR code or link to proceed 😰
