Just got a 3rd device but it fails to add. Says device not found… Of course a call in is useless… any advise?
Try contacting tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter to see if they can help.
I hate to say it but this is kind of a BS way of getting support. Plenty of us out there don’t have or want “social media” accounts. They can staff people to sit around on facebook and twitter, but not to man a live chat system?
