I have my gateway internet hooked to my smart tv with an ethernet cable. This cable was provided by tmobile in my gateway box. My smart tv has started displaying a message that my ethernet cable is not connected. It will drop the internet for a few minutes and then reconnect. I have replaced this cable and it still keeps dropping service. Any ideas on what to try next? Thanks!
