Badge

I see that there are a lot of people having connectivity issues even though the tower says it’s connection is 100%. I’m a new customer and I have to say that I am beyond frustrated by the endless disruptions in every single video I’m watching. I had this problem maybe 3 times in 3 years with Xfinity but with T-Mobile, I can’t get to 5 minutes before it’s spinning but shows my connection an great. I am 5 seconds from canceling and going back to Xfinity.
