I recently upgraded my plan from essentials to 5G and I am unable to get a internet connection when I am away from the Wi-Fi connection . I have four phone lines and two of them are working fine but the other two do not have an internet connection . I have an I phone 13 and my husband has a Samsung . I have taken the phone to the T-Mobile store and they are unable to figure out why it’s not working . Has anyone had a similar issue ?

Try taking the Sim out of a working phones and put it in one of the non working phones to see if it's a Sim issue.
