I was told to return the box to a UPS Store. So that is exactly what i  did. The UPS Store said they don't have anything T-Mobile. Now they are charging me for a stupid internet box. i did what i was supposed to do. now you guys want to charge me because UPS would not take it. 

 

Needing to return a device means that things are already going wrong, so we try to make the return process as easy as possible. It is heartbreaking to hear that you were turned away when you tried to do the return and then you are getting charged for not returning it. When you went to the UPS Store did you have the prepaid return label with you, or did you have the email copy available for them to help you print it? If you did not receive the return label, then you would want to reach out to our customer service team to have them send one out to you.
