I'm confused I got sent two modems I the mail should I send one back?
Hi @Mrshymer88 I would be confused too if I got an extra device that I wasn’t expecting. I suggest you contact our support teams to make sure that an extra line didn’t get added in error and they can provide you with a return label for the additional device.
