If I have a problem with my Gateway and Internet service how fast can I expect it to be resolved. I work from home so I can't be without Internet for long. Thanks,

 

I would make sure to have a phone plan with a large hotspot data allowance as a backup.


@Daniel Boone generally, TM will respond to customer service phone calls within 15-30 minutes, or you can post a message/question here.


This is the worst service and I have to sit here and listen to my kids complain because they can't play on their Xbox parties or whatever it is they play. When I signed up for this service I was assured multiple devices could be connected. I told them what and how many devices I have. this is just terrible


Live in Boston and service has been out or weak for 18 hours. Called service 12 hours ago , twice and they said they are working on it. With internet & phone with t mobile I have no connection to the outside world. Thinking of getting different service for one of them that way at least I’ll be able to connect with someone.
