So I was told by a t-mobile employee that there was a promotion going on that was a limited time deal that said that for 3 months of internet on them! Plus a $150 prepaid Mastercard after getting the internet. About 20 days later there’s a balance that appears on my account which is strange to me because they told me it was covered by the for the next 3 months. Asked customer service about this and they gave me the complete opposite answer to my question that they don’t cover the balance on the account since it’s past due! Like seriously?! This is outrageous. Never having them again for home internet or anything!
