Hello Good Evening
My mother has been charged $204.00 for calling Russia she is 93 years old and cannot possibly call to Russia ! Calls occured outgoing from her phone supposidly at 11:22pm at night Pacific time? no way she is dead asleep at 7pm CST
Any idea how this has happened on her flip phone which she rarely uses? Has anyone else been affected by this type of Fraud?

this is happening to us to. my 87 year old mother in law has a flip phone too! this is crazy! tmobile won’t credit out accout! they insist it is a valid call!

Could somebody else may have used her phone?
impossible. when the phone calls were made she had her phone with her.
latest update. i called tmobile and they are going to credit the account. i had to keep calling and found a supervisor.
