Question

I live in The Netherlands and I visited the US to go to family.

I bought a T10 franklin mobile hotspot in Coperas Cove.

I needed that to be able to use my phone in the US.

They told me that we could use it in The Netherlands too with any brand of simcard.
I inserted my kpn simcard and it says : SIM PIN locked, to unlock go to http://mobile.hotspot.

I tried it but I get the message that the site is not reachable.

I used 192.168.0.1 and I could log in, but I can’t do anything else.

there is no way to to activate or unlock the simcard.

can you help me here?

If the hotspot is “carrier locked” with T-Mobile they will need to give you an unlock code, which you will enter on the admin site for your hotspot. I just did so successfully with a Inseego MiFi M2000.
