I am a mainframe systems programmer and I have it set up that when a certain message appears, that I get a text notification.  No pictures or anything fancy. Just text.

Here’s the error message:

tmo-ibgw-6002a.ext.cloudfilter.net gave this error:
<tina.kruse@kyndryl.com> sender rejected AUP#SNDR

Remote Server returned '552 5.2.0 <tina.kruse@kyndryl.com> sender rejected AUP#SNDR'

This has worked in the past and successfully received messages for a long time.

Did you ever get an answer to your issue.  Our company sends email to text to our employees thru SendGrid and we are getting the same bounce back for our tmobile users.

No, I haven't gotten an answer and the situation continues. I wish I could get this resolved as this is a way that I am notified of issues...
