We are currently under contract for a wireless router. Our house is a two story building and we currently have the router on the second floor.I have just purchased a TV and when I connect it to the router, the connection speed is slow.If I put the Wi-Fi router on the first floor as well, will that clear up the problem? How much does it cost to rent another one? Please advise me if there is any other way to solve this problem.
Working through multi vendor solution to enable MyQ app to successfully connect to Tmobile home internet. After long trouble shooting with Tmobile and Chamberlain, determined port 8883 is closed and the myq server connection requires an open 8883 port. Neither vendor is being responsive with a solution.
For an entire week, every time I try to log into “My account, I’m getting this page: https://www.t-mobile.com/errorpage?code=503. It will not let me login, just comes up the message below. When I click “contact us” it takes me to the page where it has a phone # to call, but then if I click the “bill & pay” tab, they are gladly charging my card on file the payment. If I click on “account” it will take me to a run down of all my lines/services but when I click on the “usage” tab, I’m again getting the same message below. Again, I’ve tried every day to get into the “usage” part or heck even “my account” to no avail. I’ve tried from my desktop, laptop, cell phone, nothing. I’ve tried different browsers, cleaning my cache, history, etc., again nothing. Anyone else??Sorry, something went wrong. We’re working on it. In the meantime, please try again. If you’re still having trouble, please call us at 844-839-5057. contact-us
I'm finding it impossible to get help from T-mobile. Where is online chat? Every contact option available is useless in my current situation. ER05 invalid sim card has completely disabled the calling and message functionality of my phone, and with the T-mobile app requiring data connection instead of wifi, I'm a sitting duck here without support. Online chat is supposed to be the solution to the problem of not being able to call support. I'm unable to visit a physical store, so I'm essentially paying for a useless device. Is there simply no other option for support for your phone than to actually use it's data connection? If so, that is just stupid.
I am trying to use the Google Digits app on my laptop. I registered my phone number and tried a few test text messages, and everything seemed fine. Then, I imported all of my Google Contacts into the Google Digits app. However, it is missing many records. I have 249 records in my Google Contacts, and only 152 in my Digits Contacts. I looked at all the missing records in my Google Contacts, and I don’t see anything distinguishing them from the records that were imported successfully. I tried deleting them all and logging out, and starting over, several times. It is the same result every time. Maybe a bug in Google Digits? Is this a new app? It seems like it. It is VERY slow to load even text messages. Please let me know what you think. Thank you.
I have a T-Mobile 5G Hotspot in my car and at least weekly the hotspot settings (SSID settings) are changed (reverted to what seems like factory defaults). I have a SSID configured for both the 2.4 and 5Ghz radios, with custom names. However, during this ‘revert’ the 2.4Ghz radio is disabled and the 5Ghz SSSID reverts to factory default name and password. The admin password doesn’t change and is still the one it’s set to, so it doesn’t seem like the entire unit is reverting it’s configuration, only the SSID settings.
Very frustrating dealing with customer service…….my family and I were with Sprint 20 years, and now with T Mobil since buy out…..simple request to T Mobil...that all of my 7 lines (kids and spouse) be accessible on one account….one log in…..since I am the primary……. however, it sems too complicated for T Mobil associates….Asking the community….any ideas to avoid 7 different log ins any time that I want to check the bill, etc…...
I got a friend who’s phone died and he sent it off to be repaired. It looks like it’s going to be a while before he gets it back. I told him he could borrow my flip phone, but he has another carrier and the phone needs to be unlocked. How do I do that? Any suggestions? It’s a:ZTE Cymbal Z-320.
